The Avakin STEAM COLLABORATION Program started April 2025.
Terms & Conditions will be effective as of October 02, 2025 onwards till the campaign is declared as complete.
The Eligibility to the program is subjected to the following legal conditions:
3.1. This program is subject to all applicable rules and regulations. By entering the program, you accept to be bound by this set of Rules in all the matters related to the Avakin STEAM COLLABORATION Program.
3.2. Must have signed the NDA and agreed to the Avakin Steam Collaboration Program Terms and Conditions
3.3. Collaborators must be 18 years or older at the time of joining the program.
3.4. Accounts must comply with the Steam Community Guidelines and Avakin Life Community Standards.
3.5. Collaborators must not have any history of conduct that may harm the reputation of Avakin Life or Lockwood Publishing.
Note: Failure to comply with the signed NDA document will result in removal from the program.
4.1. Collaborators will receive compensation for successfully completing their weekly required activities.
Weekly Rate: The compensation is set at 250 crowns per week.
Payment Schedule: Compensation will be distributed bi-weekly (every two weeks). This results in a payment of 500 crowns at the end of each two-week period for a total of 1000 crowns per monthly cycle.
Prerequisite for Payment: Compensation is contingent upon fulfilling all weekly posting requirements and receiving pre-approval for all content as outlined in these terms.
Conditions:
To remain eligible for rewards as expressed above, Steam Collaborators must actively fulfill their assigned duties and adhere to program guidelines throughout the period.
Steam Collaborators will also be reminded to double-check their weekly activities in the tracker provided for the computation of their crown incentives.
A tracking sheet will be provided to collaborators for transparency regarding their completed weekly activities and corresponding crown incentives. Collaborators are responsible for reviewing their tracked activities and must confirm their accuracy with the LKWD team by a specified weekly deadline. This confirmed tracker will serve as the final and definitive record for the bi-weekly compensation calculation. Failure to verify or dispute the tracked activities by the deadline will be considered acceptance of the record as accurate.
To be able to participate and proceed in the program you must fulfill the following requirements:
a. All content (including, but not limited to, images, videos, and/or captions) must be submitted for pre-approval before being published on any social media platform.
b. Content must be sent via Direct Message to LKWD Juno on Discord. Publishing unapproved content is a violation of this agreement.
6.1. Existing collaborators are required to publish a minimum of one (1) to two (2) posts per week.
Option A (One Post per Week): The single post must be a video with a minimum length of 30 seconds.
Option B (Two Posts per Week): One of the two posts must be a video. The second post can be a photo or an additional video.
Short-Form Video Exception: If a video is shorter than 30 seconds (but no less than 15 seconds), it must be supplemented with one (1) additional photo post within the same week.
6.2. The Promoter reserves the right to revoke the STEAM COLLABORATOR role and Badge from participants at any time if they have been inactive for three (3) consecutive weeks or if they are found to have engaged in misconduct or violated the program’s rules.
6.3. All participants are expected to adhere to the community guidelines and uphold the values of the program throughout their tenure as STEAM COLLABORATOR.
6.4. All individuals who are designated as “STEAM COLLABORATOR” within the campaign period are ineligible to participate in any contests hosted on social media platforms or Discord. This restriction applies regardless of the platform or the nature of the contest. By agreeing to the terms of service, participants acknowledge and accept this limitation during the campaign period as a Steam Collaborator.
6.5. Newly added collaborators are required to publish a minimum of two (2) to three (3) posts per week.
Option A (Two Posts per Week): Both posts must be published. This must include: One (1) video with a minimum length of 30 seconds, and one (1) photo post.
Option B (Three Posts per Week): One of the three posts must be a video. The remaining two posts can be photos or additional videos.
Short-Form Video Exception: If a video is shorter than 30 seconds (but no less than 15 seconds), it must be supplemented with two (2) additional photo posts within the same week.
Note: Failure to comply with these requirements may result in consequences, including the potential loss of Steam Collaborator status or eligibility for certain privileges.
7.1. Collaborators must always represent the brand positively and respectfully.
7.2. The following content is strictly prohibited:
- Promotion of alcohol, drugs, tobacco, or controlled substances.
- Content containing hate speech, harassment, or discriminatory remarks.
- Political or religious endorsements.
- Sexually explicit, violent, or offensive material.
- Any association with illegal activities or harmful behavior.
- Breaches of these restrictions will result in immediate review and may lead to suspension or removal from the program.
8.1. All content must adhere to the guidelines, containing the call-to-action: Wishlist Avakin Life on Steam/Add Avakin Life to Wishlist.
8.2. Collaborators must use the hashtag: #AvakinLifeOnSteam, then they can add their usual hashtags on their posts.
Note: Failure to meet these posting requirements or publishing unapproved content will not be counted for weekly activities and may impact future compensation.
8.3. Collaborators are expected to actively participate in the campaign. A failure to coordinate with the team or submit any content for approval constitutes inactivity.
1st Week of Inactivity: A formal warning will be issued.
2nd Consecutive Week of Inactivity: A second and final warning will be issued.
3rd Consecutive Week of Inactivity: The collaborator will be automatically removed from the program and will forfeit any unpaid compensation.
Note: Failure to meet the weekly posting requirements, publishing unapproved content, or violation of these terms may result in removal from the collaborator program and impact future compensation. Unfulfilled weeks will not be compensated.
8.4. Collaborators are responsible for managing their own posting schedule. While reminders may be provided, it is ultimately the collaborator’s duty to ensure their weekly posts are completed on time.
8.5. Collaborators must notify LKWD Juno in advance if they are unable to post certain period due to unforeseen events. Please be aware that missed posts will affect bi-weekly compensation. Failure to provide advance notice will result in the missed post being counted against the compensation agreement.
8.6. Collaborators who maintain good conduct throughout the campaign will be considered for future opportunities with the Promotor and the Company.
9.1 In cases where published content violates these Terms and Conditions or brand standards, collaborators will be required to remove the content within 48 hours of notification.
9.2 Failure to comply with a takedown request may result in immediate removal from the program.
10.1. All posts created as part of the collaboration remain the intellectual property of the creator, but by publishing, the collaborator grants Lockwood Publishing a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, share, and promote the content across official platforms.
10.2. Collaborators must not claim ownership of Avakin Life trademarks, logos, or other Lockwood Publishing assets.
10.3. Any unauthorized use of Avakin Life intellectual property outside the scope of this agreement is strictly prohibited.
11.1 Lockwood Publishing reserves the right to terminate the collaboration at any time for violations of these Terms and Conditions.
11.2 Unless in cases of severe breach (e.g., harmful or illegal content), collaborators will be provided with a minimum of 7 days’ notice prior to termination of the campaign.
Any local taxes not identified by this set of Terms and Conditions will be the sole duty of the Collaborators.
