Avakin Greeter Program

 

AVAKIN GREETER PROGRAM

1. PROGRAM ENTRY IS FREE OF CHARGE. AS SUCH, NO ENTRY FEE, NO PURCHASE NOR PAYMENT IS REQUIRED TO PARTICIPATE IN THE PROGRAM.

2. PROGRAM APPLICATION PERIOD. The Application begins at 08:00 AM UTC on 25.04.2025 and ends at 08:00 AM UTC on 31.04.2025.

3. PROGRAM DURATION: The Avakin Greeter Program will run for a period of 3 months from the moment of announcement.

4. ELIGIBILITY:

The Eligibility to the program is subjected to the following legal conditions:

4.1 Entrants must be over the age of 18 when registering for the program.

4.2 This program is subject to all applicable rules and regulations. By entering into the program, you accept to be bound by this set of Rules in all the matters related to the Avakin Greeter Program.

5. ENTERING REQUIREMENTS:

In order to be able to participate in the program you must fulfill the following requirements:

a. Status: Be an active player of Avakin Life for minimum 6 months prior to the application

b. Minimum Character Level: Prior to application have level 30 or higher in Avakin Life

c. Positive Community Standing:

  1. Recognized as a friendly, helpful, and positive member of the Avakin community.
  2. No verified chat reports or history of misconduct for 1 year.

d. Language Proficiency: In order to be eligible you must be able to communicate in English to the degree you are able to understand Promoter’s requirements including the Community Guidelines, Terms of Service and Privacy Policy

e. Age Verification: Despite the program not requiring any purchase we need to ensure you are age-verified so we can create a safe and responsible player base.

f. Compliance with Community Guidelines: You must uphold and promote Avakin Life’s community standards, rules, and values at all times.

All participants will be required to join the Promoter’s official Discord channel @avakinlife to ensure effective communication and coordination.

6. ELIGIBILITY OF GREETERS:

6.1 By participating in the program you will be required to aid new and returning players to feel welcome and comfortable. You will be required to create a friendly, supportive and inclusive environment for new players in Avakin Life. Greeters will actively engage with new players, welcoming them, answering questions, and helping them understand the game. Greeters must coordinate with the Promoter’s team to provide feedback on new and returning players needs to enhance community experience.

6.2 The Promoter reserves the right to revoke the Greeter role and Master Greeter Badge from participants at any time even after completing the three-month program or if they are found to have engaged in misconduct or violated the program’s rules.

6.3 All participants are expected to adhere to the community guidelines and uphold the values of the program throughout their tenure as Greeters.

6.4 All individuals who are designated as “New Greeters” within their first three months of service are ineligible to participate in any contests hosted on social media platforms or Discord. This restriction applies regardless of the platform or the nature of the contest. By agreeing to the terms of service, participants acknowledge and accept this limitation during the first three months of their tenure as a Greeter.

6.5 New Greeters will be required to fully comply with all reasonable requests and requirements set forth by the Promoter. These obligations may include, but are not limited to:

  1. Providing screenshots of interactions with new players.
  2. Submitting the names and/or Friend Codes of players they interact with.
  3. Supplying any other information related to their Greeter activities as requested by the Promoter.

Failure to comply with these requirements may result in consequences, including the potential loss of Greeter status or eligibility for certain privileges.

7. SELECTING THE GREETERS

The Greeters will be carefully selected by our community team who will evaluate the following aspects:

  1. The Avakin Accounts are free of Reports, Bans and Warnings.
  2. Avakin’s that are already part of any official long-time program of the Avakin Life Community such as but not limited to A-Creators, Moderators, Party Hub Decorators, and the Avakin Global Radio Program are not eligible to be part of the Greeter Program.
  3. Clean Record on any or all social media platforms, i.e. no reported issues and a history of friendly interactions for minimum 1 year prior to the application in the program.

8. COMPENSATION

8.1 Day 1: Upon selection, the chosen 15 Greeters will receive 50,000 Avacoins.

8.2 Day 7: Active and certified Greeters will be awarded the Master Greeter Badge and 1000 Avacoins.

8.3 Month 1: Active and certified Greeters will be awarded 600 Crowns and 10,000 Avacoins.

8.4 Month 2: Active participation will be rewarded with 700 Crowns, 20,000 Avacoins and Greeters Headwear.

8.5 Month 3: Continued activity will be rewarded with 1,000 Crowns, 50,000 Avacoins and Greeters Profile Background.

Conditions

To remain eligible for rewards as expressed above, Greeters must actively fulfill their assigned duties and adhere to program guidelines throughout the full three-month period.

 9. TAXES

Any local taxes not identified by this set of Terms and Conditions will be the sole duty of the Winners.

10. GREETERS ANNOUNCEMENT:

10.1 A panel of judges from the Promoter team will review all entries and select the 15 participants within five (5) days after the application period closes. Selections will be based on the specified criteria, and all decisions will be final and binding.

10.2 The final greeters will be announced on the Promoter’s official SNS, Instagram, and Discord on May 5th, 2025.

11. PROMOTER:

The Program is Promoted by Lockwood Publishing Ltd. (Promoter). The Promoter will conduct the program based on these Official Rules.

12. PERSONAL DATA.

The Promoter may collect personal data about Participants and use such data in accordance with the Privacy Policy published at https://avakin.com/privacy-and-data-policy/. Personal data of the Participant may be disclosed by the Promoter to any third party and at the request of any official authorities as described in the Privacy Policy.

By entering the Program, you agree that you have read and accepted our Privacy Policy.

13. CHANGE OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

The Promoter reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time of the program. In the event the Promoter choses to amend the terms, the Participants will be informed of such changes on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and Discord. The amended Terms and Conditions will be published on the competition page without undue delay.

14. CANCELLATION:

The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or modify the program at any time in cases of fraud or technical difficulties which can jeopardize the integrity of the program.

15. MISCELLANEOUS:

If any of the provisions of this Set of Rules is invalid, unenforceable, or illegal, as such void, the rest shall enforce. The invalidity of one condition shall not affect the validity of the entire Set of Rules.

Disclaimer: The Promoter may conduct more programs or contest at the same time. Each program or contest will have its own set of rules and its own specific ‘Remuneration/Prize’
